Noob Vin Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Guidelines

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to all references made within this document and any associated Noob Vin policies, promotions and communications:

• "Noob Vin" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at noobvin.com, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and related services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on Noob Vin or is accessing the platform with the intent to register.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the Noob Vin platform, associated with a unique username, mobile number and Pakistani Rupees (PKR) balance.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in your Noob Vin account, which may include cash deposits, settled winnings and credited bonus amounts subject to applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any PKR amount credited to your account as part of a Noob Vin promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, referral reward or any other incentive programme.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be wagered on qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• "Qualifying Bet" refers to a bet that counts towards the fulfilment of a wagering requirement, as specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process Noob Vin is required to carry out, including the collection and verification of identity documents such as CNIC or passport.

To use the betting and casino features of Noob Vin, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts registered on the platform:

• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and an active email address.
• Noob Vin accounts are strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other individual under any circumstances.
• You must not register a Noob Vin account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account for any purpose whatsoever.
• Noob Vin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account's lifetime, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to unusual account activity.
• By completing registration you confirm that you are accessing the Noob Vin platform from your own free will for personal entertainment purposes and that you are not doing so under any legal or personal prohibition.
• Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure without any obligation to return funds held in the account at the time of closure.

Noob Vin takes the protection of minors seriously and has zero tolerance for underage gambling. The following measures are in place to enforce the 18+ requirement:

• All players are required to confirm they are 18 or older during the registration process by accepting these terms.
• Noob Vin will request a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification during the KYC verification process. CNIC-based age verification is the primary method used for Pakistani players.
• Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited, including any deposits made by the minor or on their behalf.
• If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a minor has opened a Noob Vin account, they should contact the Noob Vin support team at support@noobvin.com immediately to arrange closure.
• Noob Vin recommends that parents and guardians use parental control tools and software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Information on this is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Noob Vin account credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• You must not share your Noob Vin account password with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Noob Vin staff will never ask for your password in any communication, whether by email, chat or any other channel. If you receive a request for your password from anyone claiming to represent Noob Vin, do not comply and report it to support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account while logged in. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Noob Vin support immediately so the account can be secured.
• Noob Vin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds a second layer of security beyond your password and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• Noob Vin cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except in cases where a security breach originates from Noob Vin's own systems.

All financial transactions on the Noob Vin platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made on the platform:

• The minimum deposit on Noob Vin is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value deposits may require additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your Noob Vin balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Noob Vin is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• The minimum withdrawal from a Noob Vin account is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in multiple instalments.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that were previously used to make deposits on the same account, unless special circumstances apply and are approved by the Noob Vin compliance team.
• Noob Vin does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside Noob Vin's control and responsibility.
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and approval.
• Noob Vin reserves the right to delay, suspend or refuse a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other breach of these terms.

Noob Vin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out here as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• All Noob Vin bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion description and the player's account bonus section.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts will be treated as a breach of the one-account rule.
• Noob Vin reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before a player has fulfilled the wagering requirement, any bonus funds remaining in the account will be removed and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds may also be removed.
• Bets placed using bonus funds must meet the minimum odds specified in the relevant promotion terms to qualify towards the wagering requirement. Bets below the minimum odds threshold will not count.
• Certain games and markets may contribute less than 100% towards the wagering requirement or may not contribute at all. This is specified in the promotion terms for each offer. As a general rule, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage, and sports bets contribute according to the terms of the relevant offer.
• Noob Vin monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void any winnings and close any account where bonus funds are used in a manner that the platform determines to be abusive, including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to convert bonus funds without genuine play.

The following general rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on the Noob Vin platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published in the Noob Vin betting rules section accessible from within the platform.

• All bets are accepted at Noob Vin's discretion. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets from players who demonstrate a pattern of consistent profitability across specific markets.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after they have been confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before submitting.
• In the event of a clear and obvious error in the displayed odds – including pricing errors resulting from technical faults – Noob Vin reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Settlements are made based on the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body, league or tournament organiser. Noob Vin is not bound by the results of any unofficial, preliminary or protest-subject declarations.
• In-play betting markets are closed at Noob Vin's discretion during moments of uncertainty in a live event, such as suspected score changes, red card situations, or technical broadcast interruptions. Bets already confirmed before the closure of in-play markets remain valid.
• For PSL and other cricket markets, Noob Vin follows the rules published by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for the relevant competition. In the event of match interruption and a revised result under DLS, the revised result is used for settlement purposes.

The following rules govern use of the casino, live casino and any crash or instant-win games on the Noob Vin platform:

• All casino games on Noob Vin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, draw results from physical equipment operated by professional dealers under controlled conditions.
• In the event of a disconnection from a live casino game mid-hand or mid-round, the game will continue according to the game's internal rules. Noob Vin is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device. Bets placed before disconnection are confirmed and will be settled on the basis of the game outcome.
• Jackpot amounts displayed on Noob Vin casino games are provided by the game supplier and may be subject to verification by the supplier before payment. Large jackpot wins may take up to 5 business days to process.
• Noob Vin reserves the right to void casino game rounds where a genuine software malfunction or error has demonstrably affected the outcome. Stakes will be refunded to the player's account in such cases.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and live table. These limits apply per round and cannot be overridden. VIP Club members at higher tiers have access to elevated table limits not available to standard account holders.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Noob Vin platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at any stage, impersonating another person, or submitting forged identity documents.
• Multi-accounting: Opening more than one account in any name, with any payment method, from any device or IP address. This includes opening accounts for other people or allowing others to use your identity to register.
• Bonus abuse: Using any method to exploit, circumvent or systematically extract value from bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine play. This includes matched betting, reverse bonus wagering, and coordinated group bonus harvesting.
• Money laundering: Using the Noob Vin platform to deposit, cycle or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme. Noob Vin complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity where required.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to artificially influence the outcome of any casino game, poker hand or betting market, whether on Noob Vin or on any connected platform.
• Software manipulation: Using any bot, script, automated software, exploit, cheat engine or other technical tool to gain an unfair advantage on the platform or to interfere with Noob Vin's systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal on any deposit made to Noob Vin through any payment method without first exhausting the Noob Vin dispute resolution process. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Both you and Noob Vin have the right to close a Noob Vin account. The circumstances and consequences of account closure differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary or initiated by Noob Vin.

• Voluntary closure: You may request to close your Noob Vin account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining balance can be withdrawn subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Active bonus funds at the time of closure will be removed.
• Self-exclusion closure: If you request account closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, Noob Vin will close your account within 24 hours and you will be prevented from re-registering for the duration of your self-exclusion period.
• Closure due to breach: Noob Vin may close any account immediately and without prior notice if the account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of fraud, multi-accounting or bonus abuse, all funds in the account at the time of closure – including deposits and winnings – may be forfeited in full.
• Suspension pending investigation: Noob Vin may suspend account access temporarily while investigating any suspected breach. During a suspension, deposits and withdrawals are frozen. The player will be notified of the suspension by email and the investigation will be completed as promptly as possible.

Noob Vin is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players. The platform offers a range of tools and resources to help players stay in control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much PKR you can deposit into your Noob Vin account. Limits can be decreased immediately and increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will automatically be logged out of your account. Time reminders can also be enabled to alert you at regular intervals during play.

• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Noob Vin platform. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and 180 days. Permanent self-exclusion is also available and cannot be reversed.

To the fullest extent permitted, Noob Vin's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• Noob Vin is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, indirect losses or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any disruption to the platform's availability.
• Noob Vin is not responsible for any losses arising from your own betting or gaming decisions, including losses resulting from decisions made based on information published on the platform.
• Noob Vin is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service outages beyond Noob Vin's direct control.
• In the event that Noob Vin is found to be liable to you for any reason, the maximum liability is limited to the value of your account balance at the time the relevant issue occurred.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by Noob Vin's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Noob Vin collects and processes personal information about registered players for the purposes of operating the platform, processing transactions, verifying identity and fulfilling legal obligations. Your continued use of the Noob Vin platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of your balance.
